Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose.
The hike to Dry River was easier than the hike to Bernard Spring Waterfall. So far, the hike to White River and Bernard Spring Waterfalls are the hardest thus far.
We passed fruits such as Mangoes Pineapples, Sugar Cane, Apples, Passion, Lime, Banana, Plantain, Avocado, June Plum to name a few.
I saw farmers attending to their farms which consisted of ground provisions such as Dasheen and Yam. The rain started to fall. I loved it.
Derise, Damian and I walked on a wide field with a few cows and a donkey. Hike up a few steep hills through bushes until we saw Dry River.
Not sure why they call it Dry River but there must be a perfect explanation because this river isn't dry at all.
We continued upstream where the water was rushing down heavily.
We had to be very careful because the force of the water could easily push us downstream.
I saw a spot on the river to take a few photos in the rain.
It was at this spot we had to climb over a rock where Dry River Waterfall was just around the corner.
As we descend, suddenly we saw the hidden waterfall call Dry River. I was in heaven.
The majestic view of the waterfall was everything I hoped it would be. I gasped in astonishment at the beauty of Dry River Waterfall.
It was thundering down into a beautiful tranquillity-pool at the bottom like a massive water cascade. The water was gushing and dropping down the river at its broadest point.
The scene was picture perfect. We took a few pictures, made videos, and had so many laughs.
Damian and Derise decided to swim out to the waterfall. I was a bit scared so I stayed on the huge rocks where I can manage to water. Yeah, I know. I'm a scaredy-cat.
They return after fifteen minutes. We got dressed and off to Seston Spring Waterfall we went. Our visit to Best River Waterfalls was much easier than Bernard Spring Waterfalls.
