Falling In Love With Mason in North Clarendon for the very First Time

The first time I visited Gut River in Manchester

Blue Hole/River Head: A sexy Spot in Moneguea St.Ann Jamaica

“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”– Thomas A. Edison

The first time I saw Blue Hole/ River on Instagram, I knew I had to visit. The problem was, the person who posted the picture left no trace of its location. I had to wait until someone visited the location and decided to share it.

Months passed. A few persons visited the location and shared it on Instagram.

Bus stop at the Spanish Hospital. The buses are parked across this this bus stop.

I've visited Dornorch River Head in Trelawny, A river head at Cranbrook Gardens in Ocho Rios. Therefore, Moneague would be the third River Head I have explored.

I visited the location three times before I got to explore the Blue Hole/ River Head. That's how persistent I was in creating memories for myself and getting the directions for my readers and my Instagram family to create their memories with family, friends, or even a solo travel experience.

Our final stop after leaving Spanish Town.

On my first visit, I saw a guy going to work. I asked him where I can find the Blue Hole / River Head. He pointed in its direction. When I got to the gate, I called but no one answered.

I returned to the main road and started to walk through the community. I was searching for someone familiar with and had access to the Blue Hole/ River Head.

the name of the road is Road leading to Clapham

I stopped at a property that consisted of five persons. I asked for assistance. One of the men was very rude. Suddenly, a younger guy offered to assist at a price.

We made our way to the Blue Hole/ River Head only to find out the water was brown due to constant rain in the area.

The name of the community is River Head. The place was foggy.

I took the young man's number and return home. I called him a few weeks later to check on the state of the water. He said the water was just perfect.

On my second visit, I made my way to the Blue Hole where I saw the young man. I went straight to the Blue Hole/ River Head to confirm the colour of the water was blue and not brown. I was happy to see the beauty of the water.

I asked the young man to be my photographer but it was extremely rude. I decided to return home.

A view of the Blue Hole/River Head while walking on the narrow track to the entrance of the property.

I made a promise to never explore this location because of the rudeness I encountered on both visits. I was so captivated by the water's colour; I had to do another visit.

Abby returned to Blue Hole/River Head with me. This trip was extremely earlier. Not as early as my trip to Lovers Leap in St.Elizabeth.

I took a coast bus to Spanish Town. Abby and I then took a minivan to Moneaque Square in St Ann. These vans are located across from the Spanish Hospital.

On the property.

They are parked at the Texaco Gas Station. Our timing was perfect because the buses only wanted three passengers.

The van left Spanish Town a few minutes after 7:00 AM. We got to Moneaque Square around 7:45 AM.

We then took a taxi to the Riverhead/Blue Hole. The community was covered in fog. I was shocked. This was a new experience for me and I loved it.

Pow, the caretaker of the Blue Hole/ River Head. He lives on the property.

According to the taxi driver, the name of the community is Riverhead Old Town. He always indicated that the road we were driving is called Road to Clapham. Our final stop was at a huge football field.

We continued left onto a narrow track for a couple of seconds. We then turned right after seeing the iron gate.

Another section of the property.

We entered and saw the caretaker whose name is Pow. He said remembered me from my last visit. He apologized again for the young man's behavior.

Pow said the water was the perfect blue. We traveled to Monequea in good faith. I had deleted the guy's number. I had no use for it because its behavior was horrible. I checked the weather report for Monequea St.Ann every day leading up to the day of our visit.

We took pictures at every section of the Blue Hole that we were able to venture into. We couldn't get enough of this Monequea's Blue Hole. We danced, sang, played, and made fun of each other. We never wanted to leave but we had to.

We had so many photo op moments.

As soon as Abby and I saw the blue water, I felt like I was transported back to my travels in Dornorch in Trelawny.

I spent a few magical hours exploring Monegeau's Blue Hole with Abby. I would anywhere with you hon. Your vibe and energy are unmatched.

You can contact Pow at 876-429-8509. He's not always at the location. Hence, if you decide to visit you might be alone on the property, you might attract unwanted attention as we did.

The football field we walked on.

A few men came and sat for a few minutes pretending to look at the water. They eventually left. I recommend going with the company. If you ok traveling alone, go right ahead.

Discovering more spots on the island makes my heart sing.

The water had a pretty blue colour. I thought the water was dyed blue.

The beauty of Blue Hole/River Head will forever be imprinted on my memories.

I love how I don't have to go far to find places like this all to myself if I arrived early.

Once a traveler, always a traveler. My desire to travel has only gotten stronger. Can you relate?
